Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, November 2025 — BOIT GLOBAL | FINTECH, a rapidly growing technology and digital transformation company, has announced the appointment of Hiren Jain as Senior Vice President & Head of Product & Consulting. In this leadership role, Hiren will spearhead global product strategy, consulting delivery, and AI-first solution development for the company’s financial services clients.
With nearly two decades of experience across digital transformation, product innovation, and business consulting, Hiren brings extensive expertise in building scalable digital platforms, modernizing enterprise systems, and leading strategic transformation programs for insurers and banks across Asia. His deep understanding of financial technology, customer experience, and agile delivery models positions him as a key driver of BOIT’s global growth and innovation agenda.
Before joining BOIT GLOBAL, Hiren spent over nine years at Sapiens, where he held multiple senior leadership roles including Director – Insurance Delivery, Project Manager, and Senior Business Consultant, successfully leading multi-million-dollar transformation projects across insurance and fintech domains in Southeast Asia. Earlier, during his six-year tenure at DXC Technology, he played an instrumental role in business consulting and IT modernization initiatives for global clients across Indonesia and India.
Hiren’s professional journey began in the insurance sector with Tata AIA Life Insurance and Aviva Life Insurance, where he gained a strong foundation in operations, business process management, and customer service. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance Management (PGDIM) from Amity University, further solidifying his domain expertise in the BFSI landscape.
In his new mandate, Hiren will lead product innovation, consulting excellence, and digital strategy execution, reinforcing BOIT GLOBAL’s position as a trusted transformation partner for leading banks, insurers, and fintechs worldwide.
