West Coast, United States, January 2026 – Hollie Burtt has been appointed as Vice President – Human Resources at Turner Construction Company, where she will serve as Vice President, HR for Turner’s Business Center 5 and lead the people strategy for the West Coast business center.
Hollie Burtt has built a distinguished HR leadership career across construction, renewable energy, architecture and professional services organizations. Prior to this appointment, she served as Senior Human Resources Director at Turner Construction Company, where she led enterprise-wide people strategy, organisational development and regional HR operations across the West Coast.
Earlier at Turner, she served as Regional Human Resources Director – Southwest, where she drove organisational culture initiatives, leadership capability development and large-scale workforce transformation programs.
Before joining Turner, Hollie was Head of Human Resources at Edison Energy, LLC, where she led HR strategy for the fast-growing renewable energy firm affiliated with Edison International. In this role, she drove talent transformation, executive workforce planning, compensation frameworks, long-term incentive structures, employer branding, HR technology optimisation and enterprise-wide learning and development programs.
She earlier served as Head of Human Resources at Momentum Textiles & Wallcovering, where she led large-scale engagement, recognition, compensation and HRIS transformation initiatives, and prior to that as Head of Human Resources at Robert Hidey Architects and Head of Human Resources at Cumming Group, where she built and scaled HR operations during periods of rapid organisational expansion.
