Rocklin, California, United States, September 2024 – Holly Lufkin has joined Sierra Central Credit Union as the new Vice President of Learning and Development. In her new role, Holly will be responsible for leading the credit union’s learning initiatives, driving employee development, and enhancing leadership programs. Her expertise in training and management will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of Sierra Central’s teams across Northern California.
Before joining Sierra Central, Holly Lufkin spent over 8 years at First Tech Federal Credit Union, where she most recently served as Senior Training Manager. In this role, she led various training programs and initiatives, ensuring employees received the knowledge and skills necessary to provide excellent service and achieve business goals.
Prior to that, Holly held several key positions at First Tech, including Senior Sales and Service Manager and Sales and Service Manager II, where she demonstrated her ability to improve sales strategies and deliver high-quality service.
Holly’s career in the credit union sector began with her role as Branch Manager II at PremierOne Credit Union, where she spent nearly 4 years overseeing branch operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
She also held the position of Assistant Branch Manager, AVP at Chase, where she gained critical leadership skills and experience in managing day-to-day banking operations for over 4 years.
