Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 — HONO, a leading HR-tech solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Raghav Datta as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Human Resource. In this dual role, Raghav will be responsible for driving HONO’s business operations and leading its HR transformation agenda, furthering the company’s vision of simplifying and humanising workforce processes for enterprises globally.
Raghav brings with him over two decades of experience across HR consulting, rewards, and leadership roles. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of WPPL Consultancy Limited in Hong Kong, where he led advisory and consulting initiatives for over four years.
Prior to this, he was associated with Mercer as Principal Leader, where he drove HR and rewards strategies for large enterprises in India. Earlier, he worked with Willis Towers Watson (WTW) as Rewards Leader – India, playing a key role in structuring total rewards frameworks for organizations.
Raghav also has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of Omerta Consulting, an HR consulting firm that he successfully ran for more than eight years, serving diverse clients across industries. His corporate career includes roles as HR Generalist at Dell Technologies, Manager – Human Resource at SAP India, and Associate at Hewitt Associates, where he began his professional journey.
His diverse leadership experience across consulting, entrepreneurship, and corporate HR functions makes him well-positioned to accelerate HONO’s growth trajectory while strengthening its people-first culture.
