Paris, Île-de-France, France, December 2024 – Hui Jiang has assumed the role of Global HR Vice President, Industrial Control & Drive at Schneider Electric, further strengthening her impressive tenure with the company. In her new position, Hui will oversee human resources strategies to support the industrial control and drive business segment, enhancing talent management, organizational development, and workforce innovation on a global scale.
Hui brings over a decade of HR leadership experience at Schneider Electric, where she has driven transformative initiatives across various business domains. Prior to this role, she served as Global HR Vice President, Strategic Customer & Segment, Commercial, where she managed HR functions for Schneider’s strategic customer operations for four years, contributing significantly to the organization’s growth and alignment with business objectives.

Before this, Hui held the position of Vice President Human Resources, Global Procurement, a role she managed for nearly seven years. During this tenure, she played a critical role in leading global procurement HR strategies, building a high-performing team, and implementing innovative workforce solutions to optimize business operations.
