Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India, September 2025 – Tropilite Foods Pvt. Ltd has appointed Mr. I V S Ranganath as Vice President & Head – Human Resources. With a career spanning over 27 years, Mr. Ranganath brings extensive experience across multiple sectors including manufacturing, FMCG, telecom, engineering, and agri-inputs. In his new role, he will lead Tropilite’s people strategy, organizational development, and cultural transformation as the company continues its expansion across India.
At Tropilite, he is expected to play a key role in partnering with the leadership team on strategic workforce planning, building future-ready capabilities, and enhancing employee experience across a national footprint.
Prior to joining Tropilite Foods, Mr. Ranganath was associated with Shriram Bioseed Genetics (A Division of DCM Shriram Ltd) for over seven years as Head HR – India, where he was instrumental in strengthening talent management, organizational culture, and leadership development for the business.
Earlier, he held the position of Head HR at Signode India Ltd, where he was responsible for overseeing HR strategy and operations across multiple business units with a national footprint.
He also served as Assistant General Manager – HR at Aircel Limited, leading HR for the AP and Karnataka circles during a key phase of expansion and organizational setup.
His earlier roles include leadership positions in HR at Idea Cellular Ltd, ELICO Ltd, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, and Asian Paints, where he gained extensive experience in plant HR, sales HR, and generalist HR functions.
Mr. Ranganath holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGD HRM) from Andhra University.
