Gerrards Cross, England, September 2024 – Causeway Technologies, a global leader in software solutions for the construction industry, has announced the appointment of Ian Mitchell as their new Chief People Officer. In this role, Ian will be leading the company’s HR strategies and initiatives, further embedding the company’s people-centric culture while attracting top talent in alignment with Causeway’s long-term business objectives.
Before joining Causeway Technologies, Ian served as the Vice President of Global Talent Business Partners & Employee Relations at Procore Technologies, where he played a critical role in managing global talent strategies and employee relations. He was responsible for building an employee-first culture and ensuring that Procore’s workforce stayed aligned with its growth ambitions.
Prior to his career break, Ian spent over two decades at Autodesk in various leadership positions, including Vice President of HR Business Partner Practice Lead for Go-To-Market, Vice President of Global Talent Management, and Vice President of Learning & Development. During his tenure, Ian was instrumental in driving HR transformations and leading strategic HR initiatives that shaped Autodesk’s global workforce and leadership culture.
Earlier in his career, Ian held HR leadership positions at Pitney Bowes, where he was responsible for European compensation and benefits, providing critical HR support across multiple regions.
