TripleLift Continues Executive Momentum with the Promotion of Jennifer Lee to Chief Customer Officer

NEW YORK, N.Y., USA, Sept. 2024 — TripleLift, an ad tech company known for enhancing digital advertising across various screens, today announced the promotion of Jennifer Lee to Chief Customer Officer. Lee, who has been pivotal to TripleLift for over a decade, will now helm all customer and client-related services. Her new role is based in New York, reporting directly to the Office of the CEO.

Ed Dinichert, Chief Revenue Officer and member of the Office of the CEO at TripleLift, expressed his enthusiasm for Lee’s promotion: “Jennifer’s outstanding dedication and her innovative approach to customer service have greatly contributed to TripleLift’s success. In her upgraded role, Lee will lead TripleLift’s customer-facing functions globally, focusing on delivering high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction across all regions. Her efforts will aim to optimize publisher and advertiser performance through data-driven insights and tailored strategies.

Lee’s journey at TripleLift started as the Head of Account Management in 2014, where she established the account management practice. She then advanced to Senior Vice President, Global Head of Services, overseeing a team of over 100 professionals in demand, supply, and data services sectors. Before her tenure at TripleLift, Lee was a foundational member of VivaKi, the first programmatic trading desk, and held various roles at Starcom MediaVest Group.

Jennifer Lee shared her enthusiasm about her new role: “My passion has always centered around our customers and exploring avenues to enhance their success and performance. This new role not only allows me to advocate for our customers but also to influence TripleLift’s strategic direction alongside our leadership team.”
