Delhi, India, September 2024 – Swati Sinha has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at VML Enterprise Solutions. In this position, she will lead HR strategies, drive innovation, and oversee the development of a high-performance culture in line with the company’s mission to deliver advanced technology solutions. Her leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in the company’s operations in Delhi and beyond.
Swati previously served as HR Lead, People & Culture at Turgajo Technologies for three years, where she played a key role in the company’s growth phase. She was responsible for strategic HR leadership, talent acquisition, HRMS implementation, and driving employee engagement. Her expertise in organizational development and HR policies helped the company build a dynamic, performance-driven culture.
Before joining Turgajo Technologies, Swati worked as an HR Consultant at Little Artists Art Studio Pte Ltd in Singapore, where she led the entire HR spectrum and successfully developed strategies for employee retention, performance management, and employer branding. She was instrumental in cultivating a high-performance culture through the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Swati also worked as a People & Culture Consultant at Walkover, where she focused on transformational leadership, strategic policy development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her consultancy work spanned industries including media, entertainment, technology, and e-commerce, where she led various HR interventions that significantly impacted the businesses she worked with.
Earlier in her career, Swati held leadership roles at Wieden + Kennedy, Hakuhodo Inc., and Showtime Events, where she managed HR operations, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives. Her comprehensive experience in managing HR operations and driving people strategies has enabled her to bring significant value to organizations.
