Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2026 — Ashwini Ramakrishnan has joined Levi Strauss & Co. as Brand Lead, India, bringing more than a decade of experience across brand strategy, integrated marketing, social media, consumer research, digital marketing, creative strategy, go-to-market planning, and brand transformation.
Prior to joining Levi Strauss & Co., Ramakrishnan served as Head of Brand Marketing at Cleartrip, where she led brand strategy, creative direction, and social media. Her work included sharpening brand positioning, building integrated awareness strategies, creating culturally relevant marketing interventions, and scaling social-first initiatives designed to strengthen consumer engagement and brand affinity.
Before Cleartrip, Ramakrishnan spent more than four years with Flipkart, where she held roles including Brand and Social Media Lead for Shopsy by Flipkart and Senior Marketing Manager. At Shopsy, she led brand building, PR, consumer research, design, and social media for the hypervalue e-commerce platform. Earlier, she handled marketing for categories such as mobiles, refurbished electronics, and Flipkart Quick, working across positioning, product launches, consumer insights, and 360-degree go-to-market campaigns.
Ramakrishnan previously spent nearly six years with Titan Company Limited, where she served as Marketing Lead for Mia by Tanishq and earlier as Assistant Brand Manager, Tanishq. During this period, she worked across end-to-end brand marketing, positioning, content, traditional and digital media, celebrity management, e-commerce, consumer research, and collection launches. Earlier in her career, she worked with The Hindu, contributing to the launch and repositioning of media brands, and also gained experience with DDB Mudra Max.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Communications Management from Mudra Institute of Communications. Her appointment brings Levi Strauss & Co. a marketer with strong experience across fashion, jewellery, e-commerce, travel, and media, positioning her to lead and strengthen the Levi’s brand agenda in India.
