Pune, Maharashtra, India, June 2024 – Prachi Kamble has taken on the role of Director – Human Resources at Amber, marking a new chapter in her professional journey. With a robust background in HR and a proven track record in leading people and culture initiatives, Prachi is set to drive HR excellence at Amber.
Prachi Kamble has been with Amber since February 2023, where she initially served as the Lead – People & Culture. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture and enhancing employee engagement.
Before joining Amber, Prachi was the Lead – HR Projects at United Breweries Ltd. from July 2022 to October 2022 in Bengaluru, Karnataka, where she managed critical HR projects that contributed to organizational growth.
Prachi also had a significant tenure at Mahindra Group, spanning almost three years. She served as the HRBP for Group Corporate Office from September 2021 to July 2022 and as the Manager – Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition from December 2019 to August 2021. Her work included campus branding and talent acquisition for the Mahindra GMC (Group Management Cadre) Program.
Prior to Mahindra Group, Prachi was with the Aditya Birla Group. She started as a Human Resource Leadership Associate in June 2018 and later became the HR & IR Manager from August 2019 to November 2019. Her leadership program stints included roles at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt. Ltd., Novelis in Atlanta, USA, and Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd.
