Littleton, Colorado, United States, September 2024 – Meredith Leighty has been appointed as Head of People at Artemis Connection, a strategic management consultancy. In this role, Meredith will lead the company’s people strategies and work to foster a strong culture within the organization. Her appointment is expected to further support Artemis Connection’s mission to build executable strategies and develop high-performing teams for their clients.
Prior to joining Artemis Connection, Meredith served as the Director of Recruiting at Ascent CFO Solutions, where she was instrumental in talent strategy and execution. During her tenure, she implemented an Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR) and enhanced recruitment processes, increasing applicant flow by 50%. She also optimized people operations to align workforce strategy with business growth objectives.
Before Ascent CFO Solutions, Meredith was a People Partner at Mercer | Leapgen, where she played a key role in developing HR strategy, technology, and change management solutions. Her efforts helped the company grow as a startup by driving employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
Meredith also brings extensive experience from Accenture, where she held several key positions including Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Planning Manager. During her 14-year tenure at Accenture, she managed talent acquisition for various business lines and led talent planning for the West Market Unit, significantly impacting workforce strategy and planning.
Earlier in her career, Meredith worked at PwC as a Sourcing Manager Consultant, focusing on experienced recruiting for the Assurance line of business. She was recognized for her expertise in sourcing hard-to-find passive job seekers in the accounting industry.
