Göteborg, Västra Götalands län, Sweden – Icomera, the world’s leading provider of mobile Internet connectivity for public transport, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristin Arby as its new Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) and member of the Global Management Team.
Kristin will be based at Icomera’s headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden, where the company first launched the world’s pioneering on-train Wi-Fi service with national operator SJ in 2003.
Kristin Arby brings a wealth of experience to the role. She started her career at Stena Metal Group, taking on various leadership positions with a strong focus on HR, work environment, and leadership development. Most recently, she served as Director of HR at Emerson, further solidifying her credentials in fostering dynamic and inclusive workplaces.
Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree in work science with a concentration in sociology and international work life studies from Borås University and Gothenburg University. In addition, she is a certified professional coach with a qualification in Change Management.
