Dubai, United Arab Emirates, June 2025 — Ina Bajwa has been named Group Head of Talent & Engagement at Landmark Group, taking the helm of the global retail and hospitality conglomerate’s integrated talent strategy across multiple geographies and business concepts.
Bajwa brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record in culture transformation, leadership development, and organization design. Prior to this appointment, she served within the Tata Group in multiple high-impact leadership roles. As Chief Talent Officer at Tata Digital and previously CHRO of 1mg, she spearheaded sweeping HR transformations that supported aggressive retail and digital scale-ups, including growing the 1mg retail footprint fivefold and reshaping executive compensation and performance management frameworks.
Her journey at Tata Communications included overseeing HR for digital and technology verticals globally and leading learning and leadership initiatives for over 12,000 employees. Her work on talent mobility, employee experience, and skill academies had transformative impacts on sales productivity and workforce alignment with a $1 billion growth vision. She also successfully led M&A HR integrations and global cultural alignment efforts during her tenure as Global Head HR for Products, Digital, Technology & Corporate Functions.
Before Tata, Bajwa held senior HR roles at HSBC, where she championed diversity and flexible work programs, and at Essar, where she began her career through campus placement. Her career has consistently reflected a strategic, people-first mindset with a focus on aligning HR to business imperatives.
