With over 17 years of experience spanning mobility solutions, electric vehicle innovation, automotive R&D, CAE, and business strategy, he brings a compelling blend of industry depth and visionary leadership to both roles.
As CEO of P2P Analysis & Solutions, Pritam leads initiatives in product innovation, performance analytics, workflow automation, and engineering process transformation. He drives the company’s mission of equipping enterprises with scalable, data-driven solutions tailored for next-generation mobility and advanced design challenges. His leadership philosophy emphasizes alignment between technology, people, and strategy to foster sustainable business growth.
Simultaneously, in his role as an Industry Board Member at CGC Landran, Pritam is shaping engineering education by advising curriculum enhancements that align with real-world mechanical engineering and industrial design needs. His appointment comes at a pivotal time as CGC-CEC Landran earns autonomous status from the UGC, and his insights are expected to significantly influence industry-academia collaboration.
Prior to these roles, Pritam served as Head of R&D at a confidential automotive company, where he led design and CAE functions and established new engineering verticals. Before that, he held leadership roles at International Tractors Limited, where he was Chief Manager – CAE, and at JBM Tesco Go (Fiat Subsidiary), working on high-profile international projects for Ferrari and BredaMenarinibus.
He began his career with Altair, Aeromatrix Info Solutions, and IDS Infotech, building his technical foundations in CAE, structural analysis, and engineering software tools. Pritam is an alumnus of IIM Udaipur and Politecnico di Torino, bringing a globally informed perspective to both his industrial and academic contributions.
