Veteran people executive and recognized HR thought leader joins to help shape the future of work through a people-centered lens
Santa Clara, California, United States, April 2026 – One Workplace today announced the appointment of Gianna Driver as Chief People Officer. A seasoned people executive with more than 20 years of experience, Driver will lead the company’s people strategy, helping advance a culture where individuals, teams, and business performance thrive together.
Driver brings deep expertise in building high-performing, people-first organizations during periods of growth and transformation. She most recently served as Chief People Officer at OpenTable and has previously held senior leadership roles at Lattice and Exabeam. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations scale thoughtfully while creating environments where people feel connected to purpose, supported in their development, and empowered to do their best work.
Her appointment comes at a pivotal moment as leaders across industries rethink the relationship between people, technology, and the spaces where work, learning, and healing happen. As AI continues to reshape the way organizations operate, One Workplace believes the human experience at work matters more than ever. Driver’s leadership will help strengthen that conversation internally and externally, reinforcing the company’s commitment to environments that elevate connection, well-being, and performance.
“Gianna brings an exceptional combination of strategic leadership, deep people expertise, and genuine care for how individuals experience work,” said Dave Albert, CEO of One Workplace. “As the world of work continues to evolve, her voice will be instrumental in helping us champion a more human-centered future where culture, connection, and the spaces around us enable people and organizations to thrive.”
Driver is also widely recognized as a thought leader in the HR community and a frequent speaker on employee engagement and the future of work. Her insights have been featured in major national and business publications, and she is known for championing workplaces that balance innovation, performance, and human impact.
“I’m excited to join One Workplace because the company understands something fundamental: the spaces we help create, shape how people feel, connect, and perform,” said Gianna Driver, Chief People Officer of One Workplace. “At a time when technology is transforming the way we work, it is more important than ever to stay grounded in the human experience. I look forward to helping build a culture where people feel a true sense of belonging and purpose, while also contributing to a broader conversation about how organizations can support people more meaningfully in the places where they gather.”
Her joining One Workplace also carries a meaningful full-circle moment. More than a decade ago, Driver experienced the company’s work firsthand as a client during her time at Talend. She now returns in a new capacity to help shape the company’s next chapter of people strategy and leadership in the market.
Outside of work, Driver is deeply committed to community impact and serves on the board of Project PEARLS, a nonprofit supporting underserved communities in the Philippines.
