Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, February 2026 — Infor, the Industry Cloud Complete company, has announced the appointment of Geoff Thomas as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). Based in Sydney, Thomas will lead Infor’s APJ strategy to strengthen customer experience and accelerate innovation across key markets including Japan, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), Southeast & North Asia (SENA), and India. Under his leadership, Infor will focus on deepening local expertise, expanding its trusted partner ecosystem, and delivering world-class support alongside industry-specific cloud technologies designed to help customers thrive.
Geoff Thomas brings decades of experience in building high-performance teams across Asia Pacific and helping customers achieve breakthrough business outcomes. Prior to joining Infor, he spent six years growing Qlik’s business in the APJ region. He has also held senior leadership roles at Microsoft, Juniper Networks, Polycom, and OneLogin, strengthening his credentials in enterprise software growth, regional leadership, and customer-centric innovation.
Thomas has moved quickly to strengthen his regional leadership bench and has already made two key appointments. He named Sydney-based Aidan Brecknell as Vice President and Managing Director (ANZ) to lead Infor’s growth agenda across Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, Victor Ng has taken on an expanded scope as Vice President and Managing Director for SENA, covering ASEAN, Greater China, and Korea, and will be based in Singapore.
