Nicosia, Cyprus, March 2026 – Irene H. Loizidou has taken on a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, marking a significant advancement in her HR leadership journey.
In her new position as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Irene H. Loizidou will lead the organization’s people strategy, focusing on strengthening workforce capabilities, enhancing employee experience, and supporting business growth across a diverse portfolio of global and local restaurant brands.
Prior to this appointment, she served as Group Human Resources Manager at PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, where she played a key role in driving HR transformation, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the group’s operations.
Before joining PHC, she held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at Iacovou Group, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and strengthening workforce practices within a dynamic business environment.
Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade with Voici la Mode Group of Companies, progressing through multiple roles including Group Human Resources Manager, Group Business Process Manager, and HR Assistant Manager, where she built strong expertise in HR operations, business processes, and organizational development.
She began her professional journey as a Careers Officer at the University of Nicosia, laying a solid foundation in talent development and career advisory.
Irene H. Loizidou holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham, equipping her with a strong foundation in human behavior, organizational psychology, and workforce dynamics.
