London, United Kingdom, February 2026 – ABL (The Energy and Marine Consultants) has appointed Isabel Camargo as Global Head of Talent, reinforcing its commitment to building a future-ready talent ecosystem aligned to its global growth strategy.
In her new role, Isabel will bring together Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and DEI, with a strategic mandate to design and embed an integrated, people-centered talent framework across ABL’s global operations. Based in London in a hybrid capacity, she will focus on strengthening leadership capability, workforce planning, and inclusive talent practices across the organization’s presence in more than 40 countries.
Prior to joining ABL, Isabel served as a Global Human Resources Consultant – Career, Talent & Leadership Development Strategist through her practice, Purposeful Career, where she partnered with leaders and organisations globally to navigate change, build leadership resilience, and design impactful development programs.
She also held a senior contract role at EcoVadis as Senior People Development, leading a global leadership style transformation programme aligned to business strategy. She delivered leadership assessments to 325 global leaders (including C-suite), implemented global mentoring initiatives, and led multiple upskilling and reskilling programmes.
Earlier, as People Development Director at Ledger, Isabel orchestrated the global rollout of Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Talent Management practices, implemented Workday Talent Optimization processes, and strengthened management capability frameworks. Her global leadership credentials were further built at Linedata as Global Head of Learning & Development and Talent Management / HR Director (Northern Europe), and during a nearly seven-year tenure at Atos, where she led regional Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, and large-scale workforce expansion initiatives across South America.
Isabel’s career reflects deep expertise in global leadership development, talent transformation, and cross-cultural organisational strategy, positioning her strongly to lead ABL’s global talent agenda.
