Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, October 2025 — Ishita Vakharia has started a new role as Head of Human Resources Operations at Multiminds Technology. In her leadership position, she will drive HR strategy, aligning people initiatives with business goals to foster organizational growth and culture. Her responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, HR operations, compliance, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organization.
Before stepping into this role, Ishita served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Multiminds Technology, where she developed and implemented hiring strategies, managed end-to-end recruitment, established performance review processes, and strengthened employer branding. Her ability to design systems from the ground up and collaborate closely with leadership distinguished her contributions during this tenure.
Earlier, she was Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, leading recruitment strategies, in-house events, and career development discussions, while managing teams and strengthening employee relations. This experience enabled her to build deep expertise in workforce planning and recruitment leadership.
Ishita also served as Human Resources Executive at Stalwart Digital Websoft Pvt Ltd, where she managed employee engagement, vendor relations, payroll, and L&D initiatives. Her career began at Winex International Pvt Ltd, where she spent over four years overseeing performance reviews, policy development, compliance, and full-cycle recruiting, laying a strong foundation in HR management. She also gained technical recruiting experience at Ace Infoway Pvt Ltd, where she specialized in sourcing and selection strategies.
