Hong Kong SAR, February 2026 — Ivan Zenović has been appointed as Group Chief People and Communications Officer at Bluebell Group, marking a significant leadership milestone in his association with the Asia-based luxury brand curator and operator. As a member of the Group Executive Team, Ivan will lead the strategic integration of Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Retail Excellence, aligning people and culture strategies with Bluebell Group’s commercial ambitions across the region.
In his new role, Ivan oversees a diverse workforce of over 2,500 employees and partners closely with leadership to support sustainable growth for more than 150 global brand partners. His mandate includes strengthening organisational effectiveness, embedding a quality-of-service mindset, advancing talent and leadership frameworks, and ensuring consistent strategic communications across Bluebell Group’s multi-market operations in Asia-Pacific.
Prior to this appointment, Ivan served as Group Director, Centre of Excellence & Quality of Service at Bluebell Group, where he led high-impact organisational and people excellence initiatives across Asia. He also undertook several strategic consulting mandates within the group, including HR and quality-of-service optimisation across key markets such as Korea, Japan, China, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia, working closely with the Group CEO on transformation priorities.
Before joining Bluebell Group, Ivan held senior talent and people leadership roles at Louis Vuitton, where he served as Director, Talent Management, North Asia, and Director, Talent and Regional Office Head of HR, North Asia, supporting talent strategy and leadership development across major luxury markets. Earlier, he spent several years at VF Corporation as Director, Talent and Organisation Effectiveness & Performance, Asia Pacific, driving regional talent, performance, and organisational design initiatives.
Ivan also brings deep global talent acquisition and employer branding expertise from his long tenure at Avery Dennison, where he led talent acquisition across Asia-Pacific and Sub-Saharan Africa while also heading global digital communications. Earlier in his career, he built strong foundations in recruitment and human capital consulting through roles at Alexander Mann Solutions, Merrill Lynch, UBS Investment Bank, and Hays.
