Iron Mountain India Appoints Samriddhi Bhattacharyya as Senior Director and Head of National Enterprise & SMB

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 — Iron Mountain India has appointed Samriddhi Bhattacharyya as Senior Director and Head of National Enterprise & SMB, effective February 2026.

In this leadership role, Bhattacharyya will spearhead national strategy for enterprise and small & medium business segments, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer-centric transformation initiatives. She will focus on strengthening Iron Mountain India’s enterprise footprint while accelerating growth across the SMB ecosystem in an increasingly AI-driven data economy.

Prior to joining Iron Mountain, she spent five years at Dell Technologies, where she most recently served as Director & GM – Generative AI Growth Business (Enterprise & Startups), India. In this capacity, she led strategic AI-driven growth initiatives and built enterprise-focused innovation pipelines. Earlier at Dell, she was Country Director, Small Business Solutions, overseeing P&L, vendor partnerships, and national business strategy, and previously served as Regional Sales Manager, driving large deals, revenue forecasting, and operational efficiency.

Before Dell, she held leadership roles at Oracle, Micro Focus, and HARMAN Connected Services, strengthening her expertise in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, large-scale deal management, and customer experience transformation. She began her career in consulting and technology roles at Oracle India, Tata Consultancy Services, and Cognizant, building a strong foundation in enterprise technology and business solutions.

Bhattacharyya holds a one-year full-time MBA (EPGP) in Marketing and Strategy from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She is also pursuing a Doctor’s Degree in Business Administration from SP Jain School of Global Management, and has completed the Management Essentials program from Harvard Business School Online.

With deep expertise in enterprise growth, AI-led business transformation, P&L leadership, and strategic market expansion, she brings a strong technology and data-driven leadership perspective to Iron Mountain India.
