Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 — ANAROCK has appointed Jaanhvi Tibrewala as Assistant General Manager, strengthening its leadership bandwidth within strategic real estate advisory and commercial real estate engagements. In her new role, Tibrewala will be responsible for advancing strategic real estate advisory initiatives, strengthening key client partnerships, and supporting the firm’s growth across commercial real estate engagements.
Jaanhvi brings strong industry exposure gained across leading global real estate consultancies such as Colliers and Cushman & Wakefield. Her appointment reflects ANAROCK’s confidence in her market insight, execution capabilities, and emerging leadership acumen as the organisation continues to expand its footprint in the region.
Before joining ANAROCK as Assistant General Manager, Jaanhvi Tibrewala was associated with Colliers in Bengaluru for close to three years, where she progressed through key client-facing advisory responsibilities. She most recently served as Senior Manager, after delivering strong outcomes as Manager, supporting commercial real estate advisory engagements and client partnerships in the region.
Prior to Colliers, she worked with Cushman & Wakefield for over a year as Assistant Manager in Bengaluru, where she gained hands-on experience in real estate consulting and advisory responsibilities, working closely with commercial real estate engagements and client requirements.
Earlier in her career, Tibrewala served as an Admissions Counselor at upGrad for nearly a year, where she contributed to stakeholder engagement, customer advisory, and growth-facing roles in a high-performance education technology environment.
She also held marketing-focused roles in Mumbai, including as Senior Marketing Executive at madane architecture & interiors, and earlier with the Welspun Group as Junior Marketing, building her foundations in market engagement, brand support, and client-oriented communication.
Tibrewala holds an MBA in Marketing from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
