In her new role, Jackie will be responsible for driving Healthxchange’s marketing strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and leading initiatives that align with the company’s growth and customer-centric goals.
Jackie brings over 15 years of extensive marketing expertise in the healthcare and beauty sectors. Most recently, she served as Head of Marketing, Aesthetics at Galderma, where she led marketing strategies for the company’s aesthetics portfolio, successfully driving growth and enhancing brand impact over two years.

Prior to Galderma, Jackie held several key roles at L’Oréal, including Brand Business Leader for SkinCeuticals & Decléor UKI, where she managed sales, marketing, and P&L responsibilities, achieving double-digit growth. Jackie also led marketing efforts for La Roche-Posay and Garnier Skin Active, building integrated brand strategies and delivering impactful consumer experiences.
Earlier in her career, Jackie contributed to global innovation and marketing at GSK, focusing on denture care and expert marketing strategies for Sensodyne. She also honed her skills in agency roles at Brand(x) Communications and Flash Advertising in Australia.
