United States, November 2025 — Keenova, a purpose-driven therapeutics company focused on supporting patients with rare and underserved conditions, has announced the appointment of Jaclyn Picon as Head of Talent Acquisition. In her new role, Jaclyn will lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy, strengthen leadership pipelines, and build scalable hiring frameworks to support the company’s continued growth across therapeutic, patient experience, and operational functions.
Jaclyn joins Keenova with nearly 13 years of experience in strategic talent acquisition, HR leadership, and workforce planning across the biopharma and healthcare ecosystem. Her expertise spans designing recruitment architecture, leading high-performing TA teams, building cost-efficient hiring models, and supporting organizational transformation during high-growth phases.
Most recently, Jaclyn served at Endo, where she held multiple strategic HR and Talent Acquisition leadership roles. As Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & People Operations, she oversaw enterprise hiring across corporate, R&D, sales, and international business units while driving operational excellence and talent strategy alignment. She later stepped into the role of Senior Director, HR Strategy, advancing workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives to support organizational evolution.
Prior to that, she served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Endo, leading full life-cycle recruitment across U.S. and international locations, including Canada, Ireland, and India. Under her leadership, the organization reduced agency dependency, drove multi-million-dollar cost efficiencies, and executed critical workforce expansions, including large-scale salesforce builds and leadership recruitment.
Jaclyn’s early career foundation was built at Par Pharmaceutical as a Talent Acquisition Manager and at Kaztronix as a Recruiter, where she specialized in sourcing scientific, technical, and executive talent across pharmaceutical and life sciences markets. These experiences shaped her strong operational lens, stakeholder partnership skills, and people-centric hiring philosophy.
