Houston, Texas, United States, September 2025 – WM Synergy has announced the appointment of Jacqueline Ebarb as its new Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Jacqueline will lead financial strategy, reporting, and operational planning, bringing her deep expertise in scaling finance functions across diverse industries.
Jacqueline joins WM Synergy after five years with Quisitive, a hyper-growth, publicly traded technology services provider and “Premier Microsoft Cloud Partner.” As Vice President of Finance, she led a global team of more than 20 professionals across India, Canada, and the U.S., driving IFRS and TSX reporting, implementing financial systems to facilitate growth, and supporting multiple acquisitions. She also served as Corporate Controller, where she developed shared-services finance models and strengthened financial infrastructure.
Previously, Jacqueline was a Partner and Fractional CFO at Ebarb Strategic Partners, where she advised international and domestic companies in SaaS, logistics, and services, delivering impactful restructuring and cost savings. She also served as Chief Accounting Officer at ProFrac Services, where she built the finance department from the ground up during the company’s rapid growth, helping secure millions in financing and overseeing treasury, budgeting, and ERP implementations.
Earlier in her career, Jacqueline held senior finance leadership roles at Wilks Brothers, LLC as Corporate Controller, at FTS International as Director of Corporate Accounting, and at Entech Solar, Inc. as Corporate Controller, where she managed public reporting and SOX compliance. She also worked as Controller at Pumpco Energy Services, leading finance, HR, and IT functions and supporting acquisition integrations.
