Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Jagdish Agarwal has joined Keva – Fragrances, Flavours & Aroma Ingredients as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, Jagdish will oversee the company’s financial strategy, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and business growth initiatives as Keva continues to expand its footprint in global markets.
Jagdish joins Keva after a successful four-year stint with Huhtamaki India Limited, where he served as Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer, leading the company’s financial transformation and stakeholder engagement. He played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiencies and driving value for shareholders.
Prior to that, he spent over 15 years at Owens Corning India, holding multiple finance leadership positions, including as Chief Financial Officer. His contributions spanned FP&A, SOX compliance, tax, costing, and strategic financial planning, earning him recognition for driving robust financial systems across geographies.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Reliance Communications in roles such as Senior Manager Finance and Manager Finance, where he handled MIS, consolidation, audits, taxation, and treasury operations. He also had stints with ICICI Bank as Branch Credit Manager and with The United Provinces Sugar Co. Ltd., managing project financing, audits, and group MIS reporting.
