Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Jagdish Dhuri has joined Balajee Infratech & Constructions Pvt. Ltd. as Executive Vice President (Operations). In this strategic leadership role, he will oversee key operational functions and contribute to driving the company’s infrastructure project execution and delivery across India.
Prior to this, he worked with G R Infraprojects Limited for nearly a year, where he held dual leadership responsibilities — first as Vice President – Business Development – Tendering, and later as Vice President Operations. In both roles, he played an integral role in enhancing business acquisition strategies and optimizing operational performance.
Previously, he served at Larsen & Toubro for over two years as Joint General Manager – Corporate Risk Management, where he managed corporate risks associated with complex infrastructure projects. His efforts were pivotal in streamlining risk evaluation frameworks and supporting project assurance initiatives.
Before L&T, he was associated with RMK Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President – Business Development for approximately two years, where he drove new business strategies and expanded client portfolios. He also spent nearly seven years at AFCONS Infrastructure Ltd., a Shapoorji Pallonji Group company, where he progressed to Deputy General Manager – Business Development, leading critical tendering and client engagement efforts.
Earlier in his career, Jagdish Dhuri held senior estimation and tendering roles at Essar Group, HCC, Gammon India Ltd, and Skanska, accumulating over 28 years of industry experience. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Mumbai, equipping him with a strong foundation in financial and operational strategy.
