St Paul, Minnesota, United States , February 2026 —Jaime Hanson has expanded her leadership mandate as Head of HR, Customer Segments & Head of Talent Acquisition at Thomson Reuters, marking a significant step in her continued progression within the organization.
In her expanded role, Jaime now leads HR strategy for Customer Segments while also overseeing global Talent Acquisition. She will drive integrated people strategies across commercial and functional teams, aligning workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, and talent acquisition with business priorities.
Jaime has been with Thomson Reuters for over seven years, progressing through key leadership roles. She previously served as Head of HR, Customer Segments, where she partnered closely with business leaders to strengthen talent frameworks and organizational effectiveness. Prior to that, she was Vice President Human Resources, leading HR for the Tax, Audit & Accounting Professionals business, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence—delivering strategic people initiatives across core growth functions.
Before joining Thomson Reuters, Jaime held senior HR leadership roles at Resideo and Honeywell, where she served as Global HR Director and Director of Talent Management, among other positions. Her experience spans global talent strategy, leadership development, organizational design, and enterprise transformation.
Her expanded role reinforces Thomson Reuters’ commitment to integrating customer-focused HR strategy with strong, future-ready talent acquisition capabilities.
