London,United Kingdom, February 2026 —Ottilie M. has stepped into a global leadership position as Head of People Operations at Eucalyptus, marking an important milestone in her career and in the company’s continued international expansion.
In this newly expanded global remit, Ottilie will oversee People Operations across the UK, Germany, South Africa, Canada, Japan, the Philippines, Australia, the Netherlands, and additional emerging markets. Her role encompasses operational scaling of the full employee lifecycle, global HR systems strategy, compliance and risk governance, shared services excellence, and people analytics.
Ottilie joined Eucalyptus in 2025 as Senior People Partner, where she partnered with leadership to drive connected culture initiatives and enhance global employee engagement. In her new role, she now leads the design and governance of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, global HRIS strategy, policy frameworks, multi-country compliance, and shared services delivery—ensuring operational consistency and service excellence across jurisdictions.
Prior to Eucalyptus, Ottilie served as Senior People Partner at Revolution Beauty, coaching executive leadership and designing performance development systems across international teams in the UK, US, Germany, and New Zealand. Her work focused on building data-driven people strategies to enhance engagement and progression.
Earlier, she held senior operational and board-level leadership roles at Wilderness Agency, including Chief Operating Officer and Operations & People Director. During this period, she led a successful acquisition to Havas Play, expanded operations into multiple international markets, strengthened EBITDA performance, and implemented structured people initiatives to drive cultural excellence and scalable growth.
With a strong foundation spanning operational strategy, HR governance, cross-border compliance, and international scaling, Ottilie brings a commercial and systems-oriented approach to People Operations leadership. Her appointment supports Eucalyptus’ mission to deliver high-quality, high-touch digital healthcare experiences globally.
