Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Vinod Shetty has joined Navin Fluorine International Ltd. (NFIL) as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing extensive leadership experience across human resources strategy, organizational transformation, talent development, capability building, employee engagement, and global HR leadership.
Prior to joining Navin Fluorine International Ltd., Vinod served as Senior Director and Head of India HR & Communication at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where he led HR and communication functions for India operations.
Earlier, he worked with Sanofi as Director – BHR (India MCO), leading HR for pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, specialty Genzyme business units, and global support functions across India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.
Before Sanofi, Vinod spent over four years with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as Vice President – HR & Global Sales Training (India, Middle East & Africa). During this tenure, he led HR and sales training functions across multiple international markets and contributed to global HR strategy initiatives. He also played a key role in capability development and helped establish a long-term learning platform focused on continuous development.
He also spent more than eight years with Pfizer as Group Lead – HR (India and Vietnam), managing HR leadership responsibilities across the region. Earlier in his career, he worked with Tata Donnelley, where he led HR operations for a key manufacturing location and focused on industrial relations, productivity, and employee engagement.
