Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, May 2026 — Honeywell has appointed Jennifer Reilly as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), further strengthening the company’s global leadership team.
Jennifer brings nearly three decades of experience in human resources leadership across global manufacturing, technology, industrial, and consumer companies. She has been associated with Honeywell since 2023 and, prior to this elevation, served as Vice President, Human Resources & Communications for Safety & Productivity Solutions at the company.
Most recently at Honeywell, Jennifer also served as CHRO | VP Human Resources and Communication for Process Technology, helping lead HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, communications, and people transformation initiatives across key business segments.
Before joining Honeywell, Jennifer served as SVP and CHRO at MKS Instruments, where she led global HR strategy for the advanced manufacturing technology company. Earlier, she spent nearly six years with Danaher Corporation, holding several senior HR leadership positions including Vice President, Human Resources – Life Sciences Platform.
During her tenure at Danaher, she also served as Vice President Human Resources and Communications at Radiometer and VP Human Resources at ChemTreat, supporting large-scale global operations, talent strategy, organizational transformation, and leadership development across multiple international markets.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer held HR leadership roles with The Hershey Company and General Mills, where she led talent management, organizational development, leadership capability building, and strategic workforce initiatives across multiple business functions.
