Hyderabad, Telangana, India, January 2026 — Patil Group, India’s largest railway track component manufacturer and track solutions provider, has appointed Janardhanan Narayanaswamy as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, he will lead the group’s people, culture, and transformation agenda, supporting Patil Group’s ambitious growth and modernization journey across its nationwide manufacturing footprint.
In his new role at Patil Group, Janardhanan Narayanaswamy will spearhead enterprise-wide HR transformation, leadership capability building, organisational effectiveness, and culture integration, aligning people strategies with the group’s large-scale infrastructure and manufacturing expansion.
Prior to this, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at MAGCORE Lamination (India) Private Limited for about a year, where he was a member of the management team steering the organisation through a high-growth phase.
Before MAGCORE, he worked as an Independent HR Consultant, advising organisations on HR strategy, transformation, and capability building.
Earlier, he was Chief Human Resources Officer at Stovekraft Limited, where he led large-scale institutionalisation of HR systems, implemented comprehensive HRMS and performance frameworks, partnered with global consulting firms such as KPMG and Deloitte, and delivered measurable productivity and business performance improvements.
He spent over six years with Eris Oaknet Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Vice President – HR Strategy & Transformation, playing a key role in M&A integrations, productivity improvement, and capability building across large multi-business healthcare portfolios.
His leadership journey also includes serving as AVP (HR Head) – Human Capital & Organisational Transformation at Adcock Ingram, Head of HR at Cadila Pharmaceuticals, and earlier HR leadership roles at Allergan and Pfizer, building nearly three decades of HR leadership experience across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
