Zug, Switzerland, August 2024 – AMINA Bank is pleased to announce that Janine Muller has taken on the role of Head of People & Culture. With her extensive experience in HR leadership and strategy, Janine is set to drive the people agenda and support the bank’s continued growth in the innovative crypto banking sector.
Before joining AMINA Bank, Janine Muller served as HR Advisor and Interim Manager at Impact Hub Zürich for a year, where she played a pivotal role in streamlining processes and accelerating the People strategy to support the organization’s growth.
Prior to that, Janine had an impressive tenure of over 11 years at Catalina Re. She started as HR Manager and later advanced to HR Excellence Manager. In this role, she closely collaborated with the CEO on strategic HR initiatives, executive management, and compensation, significantly contributing to the company’s HR leadership across multiple international locations.
Earlier in her career, Janine worked as HR Manager at Glacier Reinsurance AG, where she set up HR policies and procedures and managed organizational development during the company’s transition and eventual sale to Catalina.
Janine’s HR career began at Saambou Bank Limited in South Africa, where she supported general HR and training needs for 200 employees, laying the foundation for her future roles in human resources.
