Curaçao, February 2026 — Jared Vivas is starting a new position as Chief Financial Officer at EM Group, where he will oversee the company’s financial strategy, governance, and operational finance as the organization continues to support global online gaming businesses with compliance, corporate, and licensing services.
Prior to joining EM Group, Jared spent approximately sixteen years at Trustmoore in senior financial leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Financial Director, leading financial management and oversight for international corporate service operations. Earlier at Trustmoore, he worked as Accounting Manager, building deep expertise in financial reporting, corporate services, and cross-jurisdictional financial operations. His long tenure with the organization reflects sustained leadership in managing complex financial structures for global clients.
Earlier in his career, Jared held finance roles at Orangefield Trust (Netherlands) BV, where he worked as Senior Financial Officer, strengthening his experience in corporate financial services. He began his professional journey with Ernst & Young, serving as an Auditor in both the Netherlands and the Netherlands Antilles, where he developed a strong foundation in audit, compliance, and financial controls that continues to inform his executive leadership approach.
With over two decades of experience across auditing, corporate financial services, and executive finance leadership, Jared brings deep technical expertise and international perspective to EM Group, positioning the company to further strengthen its financial operations and governance as it expands its service footprint.
