Atlanta, Georgia, United States, October 2025 – Ondo Finance, a leading innovator in bridging traditional and decentralized finance (TradFi and DeFi), has appointed Jarred Enos as its new Head of People. In this role, Jarred will oversee global people strategy, organizational design, and culture-building as Ondo continues its mission to make institutional-grade financial products and services available to everyone through blockchain innovation.
With over a decade of experience across fintech, consulting, and energy sectors, Jarred brings deep expertise in HR strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation. His strong foundation in both corporate and emerging technology environments positions him perfectly to lead people initiatives at the intersection of finance and innovation.
Before joining Ondo Finance, Jarred Enos served as Head of HR – Americas at Revolut, where he led people operations and organizational development across North and South America. He was responsible for scaling talent, optimizing HR systems, and aligning regional people strategies with Revolut’s fast-paced global growth agenda.
Prior to Revolut, he held multiple leadership roles at Robinhood, including Human Resources Compliance Manager and Manager, People Strategy, where he built and led the HR compliance and policy framework, driving initiatives to strengthen governance and employee experience during a period of significant expansion in the fintech space.
Earlier, Jarred worked with Accenture as Manager – Strategy & Consulting: Talent & Organization, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on HR transformation, talent management, and change leadership. During his tenure at Shell, he spent nearly five years in diverse HR roles including HR Business Partner – Trading and Supply Finance, HR Business Partner – Geismar Chemical Plant, and Team Lead – Recruitment Operations, gaining broad exposure across energy, finance, and operations in global contexts.
Jarred began his professional journey in public administration and research before pursuing his passion for human resources. He holds a Master of Human Resources from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, where he served as President of SHRM, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Carolina.
