Bengaluru, INDIA – Sansera Engineering Limited, a leader in the manufacture of complex and high-quality precision components for automotive and aerospace industries, is delighted to announce the appointment of Madhukar Bhat as Chief Human Resources Officer & Associate Vice President of HR, effective April 15, 2024.
Madhukar Bhat brings a wealth of experience with over two decades of human resources leadership. Prior to joining Sansera, Bhat served as the Head of Human Resources at TE Connectivity, India, from February 2023 to April 2024, where he managed strategic HR initiatives across multiple segments. During his tenure at TE Connectivity, he also held roles such as Head of HR for Communication Solutions and CRP functions and led the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise.
Before TE Connectivity, Madhukar was deeply involved in senior HR roles at Lincoln Helios India Ltd from April 2003 to December 2006, where he was instrumental in reshaping HR operations and strategy alignment with business goals. His early career also includes significant contributions to employee relations and performance management at Deccan Herald Media Company from April 1998 to March 2003.
