Prior to joining Infraspeak, Barker served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for EMEA & APAC at IR, where he led field operations across sales, presales, services, and support. His tenure at IR was marked by record-breaking revenue growth, key enterprise wins, and significant expansion into new global markets. Earlier in his career, Barker served as Vice President of Sales, Asia Pacific at Acision (now Mavenir), where he helped drive 30% CAGR growth, expanded margins, and established a high-performing sales structure tailored to both enterprises and communication service providers. He also held sales leadership roles at Subex, SurfKitchen, Good Technology (BlackBerry), Global Crossing, and Verizon, consistently delivering growth and customer success across EMEA and APAC regions.
