In this pivotal role, Jason will lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding, aligning people capabilities with Amentum’s mission to deliver advanced engineering and technology solutions worldwide.
With more than two decades of experience in talent strategy, HR technology, and workforce transformation, Jason brings deep expertise in unifying and optimizing global recruitment processes, implementing data-driven talent systems, and building scalable talent ecosystems. His leadership has consistently focused on integrating innovation with human capital excellence to drive organizational performance.
Before joining Amentum, Jason served at Eightfold AI for over four years, most recently as Vice President, Talent-centered Transformation, where he led transformative talent initiatives across global enterprises. His earlier roles at Eightfold included Vice President, Market Strategy and Senior Director, Product Marketing, through which he guided the market evolution of AI-driven HR solutions and advanced skill-based workforce models.
Prior to Eightfold, Jason was Senior Director, Research Analyst – HR Technology & Transformation at Gartner, where he provided strategic insights to HR leaders on emerging technologies, digital transformation, and talent analytics. He also spent more than a decade with United Technologies Corporation (UTC), where he held progressive leadership roles, including Sr. Director, UTC Talent Acquisition and HR Transformation Work Stream Lead – Talent Acquisition. During his tenure, he led global talent programs, university relations, and enterprise recruiting councils, contributing to UTC’s evolution as a top-tier global employer.
