Boston, Massachusetts, United States – October 2024 – Jason Clayton has taken on the role of Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at CIRCOR International, Inc. In this position, Jason will lead HR initiatives for the global KKR Flow Control Platform build-out, focusing on talent development, strategic workforce planning, and organizational growth to support CIRCOR’s expansion across multiple markets.
Jason Clayton brings extensive HR leadership experience in global industrial and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining CIRCOR, Jason was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Filtration Group for over three years, where he managed a global HR team of 75 leaders, drove growth through acquisitions, and prepared the organization for IPO. His strategic focus led to the creation of a compelling employment value proposition, a streamlined talent acquisition strategy, and executive compensation frameworks.
Before Filtration Group, Jason served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at JBT Corporation, where he led a global HR team of 70 leaders, implemented an integrated talent strategy, and supported the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic. He also held senior HR roles at Signode and IDEX Corporation, contributing significantly to global talent management, organizational design, and business growth.
Jason’s HR career began at PepsiCo, where he held various roles, including Director of Human Resources for the Wisconsin Business Unit. His experience spans across strategic HR leadership, change management, and talent optimization in highly competitive industries.
