New York, United States, September 2024 – Jason Wiggin has been appointed as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at TD Securities, where he will oversee talent acquisition strategies across the company’s global footprint. In his new role, Jason will be responsible for recruiting talent across all levels, from early careers to senior leadership, ensuring TD Securities continues to build a strong, diverse workforce.
Prior to joining TD Securities, Jason was an independent Talent Acquisition Function Consultant at Wiggin Consultancy, where he provided strategic recruitment expertise to organizations for five months. He worked on optimizing talent acquisition processes, focusing on improving recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Before this, Jason spent over seven years at Standard Chartered Bank, where he held two key positions. As a Member of SC Ventures, he focused on intrapreneurship and program management. Earlier, he led Senior and Specialist Hiring, managing executive search globally across all business platforms.
Jason’s career also includes six years at RBC Capital Markets as the Director of Recruitment for both Capital Markets and Investor & Treasury Services, and later as Director of Recruitment Operations, where he drove recruitment strategy and metrics across global business segments.
