Houston, Texas, United States, December 2025 — Empower Pharmacy has appointed Jaspreet Singh as its new Chief Customer Officer, marking a significant leadership addition as the organization continues to expand its national footprint in personalized and compounding pharmaceuticals. In his new role, Jaspreet Singh will be responsible for building a strong customer-first culture, strengthening customer advocacy, and driving value creation across Empower’s B2B and B2C healthcare ecosystems.
In his current appointment, Jaspreet Singh has taken on the role of Chief Customer Officer at Empower Pharmacy, where he is focused on strengthening customer success strategies, building loyalty-driven service models, and advancing Empower’s mission of expanding access to quality, affordable medication. He brings nearly three decades of leadership experience across customer success, consulting, sales, and services leadership.
Prior to this, Jaspreet spent over four years at Autodesk, serving as Vice President – Customer Technical Success and Vice President – Global Product Support. During his tenure, he led global technical account management, product support, customer advocacy, diagnostics, and business excellence teams, supporting Autodesk’s worldwide customer base and driving large-scale service transformation initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Jaspreet had a distinguished seventeen-year tenure at Microsoft, where he held multiple senior global leadership roles including Worldwide Microsoft 365 Support Leader, Worldwide Office 365 Support Leader, Head – Microsoft Services India, and Practice Director, Microsoft Consulting Services – India. His responsibilities spanned global P&L ownership, product-aligned support delivery, customer experience transformation, and enterprise consulting leadership.
He also served in leadership and technical roles at organizations including General Motors, Wipro Limited, and NBC, building deep expertise across enterprise platforms, IT services, and large-scale transformation programs, forming the foundation of his customer-centric leadership approach.
Jaspreet Singh holds an Executive General Management Program (EGMP) from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation & Control Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
