Hyderabad, Telangana, India, December 2025 – Jayant Pennapati has taken on a new leadership role as Head of Talent Acquisition at ArcelorMittal Global Business & Technologies (AMGBT). In this role, he is responsible for strengthening global hiring strategy, building scalable talent acquisition ecosystems, and enabling workforce capability aligned to ArcelorMittal’s digital, sustainability, and advanced manufacturing transformation agenda.
In his current role at ArcelorMittal Global Business & Technologies, Jayant is leading enterprise talent acquisition strategy supporting global digital, analytics, AI, cloud, and engineering capability build-outs across AMGBT’s India hubs.
Prior to this, he served as Vice President – Global Talent Acquisition at Qentelli, where he led global hiring strategy, employer branding, and large-scale workforce planning across geographies.
Earlier, Jayant spent close to five years with Epiq, where he progressed through Director – International Talent Acquisition and APAC Talent Acquisition leadership roles, driving large-scale hiring across product, eDiscovery, and legal technology domains.
He also held senior global TA leadership roles at Feuji Inc., and earlier built his recruitment leadership foundation at Cigniti Technologies (Gallop), Sai People Solutions (Talent Logic), and Knoah Solutions, developing deep expertise in enterprise technology hiring, client delivery hiring, and global talent strategy.
Jayant holds an MBA in Foreign Trade from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT).
