Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom, April 2025 – EnerMech has announced the promotion of Jayne Robson Hayward to Director, Learning and Talent Development. In her new role, Jayne will lead the company’s global strategy for learning, capability building, leadership development, and talent initiatives across EnerMech’s international operations.
Prior to her promotion, Jayne Robson Hayward served as Global Learning and Talent Manager at EnerMech for over two years, where she was instrumental in developing frameworks that aligned learning solutions with business outcomes on a global scale.
Before joining EnerMech, Jayne spent more than two years at EDF Renewables UK & Ireland. She held progressive roles, first as Learning and Development Coordinator, and later as Learning and Development Lead, where she played a key role in designing L&D strategies to support renewable energy workforce capabilities.
Earlier in her career, Jayne worked with believe housing as a Learning and Development Business Partner, where she contributed to strengthening employee development programs during a period of organizational transformation. Prior to that, she was associated with SaleCycle for nearly three years, serving as Learning and Development Officer and later as ISMS Coordinator, where she managed training compliance and learning systems supporting corporate security initiatives.
