Greensboro, North Carolina, United States, June 2025 – Jeff Busch has been promoted to Vice President Human Resources at RPM Industrial Coatings Group, advancing from his previous role as Human Resources Business Partner. In his new position, Jeff will lead strategic HR initiatives across the company’s global industrial coatings portfolio, supporting workforce development, organizational effectiveness, and a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Jeff joined RPM Industrial Coatings Group in early 2024 and quickly established himself as a trusted HR leader, contributing to HR policy enhancement, employee engagement, and change management across multiple business units. His promotion reflects his deep experience in aligning HR strategy with business objectives in dynamic, manufacturing-driven environments.
Before joining RPM, Jeff served as Senior Manager, Human Resources at Infinity Global, where he led the full HR function for a global workforce across multiple locations. His responsibilities included compensation, compliance, talent management, and employee experience, as well as managing a cross-functional HR and facilities team.
Earlier in his career, Jeff spent over seven years at Tempur Sealy International as an HR Manager, overseeing HR operations across four manufacturing facilities, both unionized and non-unionized. He played a key role in succession planning, compliance, and developing HR strategies to support business transformation and expansion.
Jeff began his HR journey with a decade-long tenure at Ecolab, where he held roles of increasing responsibility, including HR Business Partner, Corporate Training Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. He led large-scale HR programs, talent acquisition for multiple functions, and company-wide engagement and compliance initiatives. He also managed corporate training budgets and oversaw community impact campaigns.
His early career also includes experience as Senior Recruiter and Account Coordinator at Volt Services Group, where he managed office recruiting operations and implemented strategic hiring programs.
