Nashville, Tennessee, United States, March 2025 – Jen Bullitt has been appointed as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition at Dollar General, marking a significant leadership milestone in her decade-long journey with the company. In her new role, Jen will lead the organization’s national talent acquisition strategy, driving efforts to attract, recruit, and retain high-performing talent across Dollar General’s expansive retail and supply chain footprint.
Prior to this elevation, Jen served as Human Resources Director supporting over 2,200 stores and 18,000+ employees across the Southeast region, which included Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida. In this role, she led strategic HR operations, aligning workforce strategies with business growth and employee engagement initiatives.

Earlier, Jen held key positions including Senior Training & Development Manager, Supply Chain, where she was instrumental in shaping learning strategies to upskill distribution center talent, and Senior HR Manager, Retail HR, where she supported field HR operations across the Southeast Division. Her time as Employee Relations Manager covering the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions helped her establish a strong foundation in workforce compliance and team performance.
Jen began her career at Dollar General as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in the Northeast US, building a strong reputation for sourcing high-impact talent in competitive markets. She also brings early experience from Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, where she worked in a seasonal HR support role.
