New Jersey, United States, March 2025 – Jenifer Karlinski has joined Datasite as Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition. In this key leadership position, she will be responsible for leading Datasite’s global hiring strategies, strengthening employer branding, and building high-performing talent pipelines across the company’s global operations.
Before joining Datasite, Jenifer Karlinski served as Director of Talent, North America at Zuora, where she spent over three years developing and executing regional talent strategies, supporting rapid scaling and key business functions across the United States.

Earlier, she spent more than seven years at SAP, where she progressed through multiple roles, including Head of Talent Attraction, Americas – Cloud Business Group, and Senior Recruiter. At SAP, she was responsible for full-cycle recruitment across Sales and Presales functions and led initiatives to attract top talent for SuccessFactors and other cloud-based business units.
Prior to her time at SAP, she gained significant experience in recruitment and business development roles at DIVERSANT LLC, Robert Half, and as a Business Development Director in IT consulting services. Her early career also included financial leadership as a Manager of FP&A at West Coast Distributing, and she began her journey in HR and finance as a Payroll Specialist at Paychex. Jenifer brings more than 25 years of diverse experience across finance, HR, and talent acquisition.
