Spadafino’s tenure at UBS spanned over five years, during which she held pivotal roles, including Senior HR Business Partner for Wealth Management Americas, overseeing a client base of over 13,000 employees and managing a national HR team. Her prior experience at Bank of America in roles such as SVP Human Resources Executive for Investment Banking and Global Credit, Sales, and COO further solidified her expertise in managing complex HR functions during periods of organizational change, mergers, and integration.
Her early career foundation was laid at J.P. Morgan, where she rose through the ranks to become VP Senior Global HR Business Partner for Corporate Finance, supporting global HR operations and launching initiatives in talent mobility and diversity. Spadafino’s strategic acumen and deep understanding of HR disciplines make her a strong addition to Antarctica Capital’s executive leadership team.
