Alpharetta, Georgia, United States, April 2025 – Jenna Ferrara has been appointed as Vice President, Global Talent Communications at Morgan Stanley. In her new role, she will lead global communication strategies to support talent initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and align internal messaging with the firm’s strategic goals across international markets.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Jenna was with Honeywell for nearly three years, where she served as Internal Communications Manager. At Honeywell, she drove comprehensive internal communication strategies, enhancing employee connection and organizational transparency across a global workforce.

Before that, she worked as Communications Manager at GreyOrange, a robotics and automation company, where she led brand and internal messaging strategy during a period of rapid growth. Her earlier roles include Associate Manager, Corporate Communications at Newell Brands, and a series of communications leadership positions at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she built her career from intern to Communications Specialist, Global Technology over nearly four years.
She began her communications journey with internships at organizations like Liz Lapidus Public Relations, WWE, and Best Self Atlanta Magazine, where she built a strong foundation in media relations, editorial content, and brand storytelling.
