Rockledge, Florida, United States, August 2025 — Superior Skilled Trades has announced the appointment of Jennie Seibert as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this capacity, Seibert will lead the company’s human resources strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development to support the company’s continued national growth in skilled trade staffing.
Seibert has been with Superior Skilled Trades for over four years, most recently serving as Vice President of Human Resources from June 2022 to August 2025, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing HR operations and aligning people strategies with business goals. Prior to that, she was Director of Human Resources from May 2021 to June 2022, contributing to process improvements and workforce development initiatives.
Before joining Superior Skilled Trades, Seibert served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Principal Consultant at Seibert Corporate Properties between September 2020 and June 2022. Earlier, she held the position of Senior Human Resource Business Partner at TrueBlue Inc. from October 2013 to May 2020, where she was instrumental in implementing strategic HR solutions for a diverse workforce.
Her career began at The Work Connection, where she spent over 20 years as Director of Human Resources. In this role, she led HR programs, compliance initiatives, and talent strategies that supported the organization’s long-term success.
